Refund & Returns Policy

Standard Products

Unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and inspection.

Custom Printed Balloons

Custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded once artwork has been approved and production has commenced.

Pre-Orders

Customers may request cancellation and a refund prior to the stock order being placed with the supplier.

Damaged Goods

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
