Branded Balloon Questions
What is the minimum order?
100 balloons in total. The minimum is for your whole order, not per colour, so you can do 50 red and 50 white, or any mix you like.
What file should I upload?
PDF, AI or EPS files print sharpest. PNG or JPG files work too. A PNG with a transparent background gives the best preview. Not sure your file is good enough? Upload what you have and we'll check it before printing.
Can I print a full-colour photo?
We screen print, so each print colour is one solid ink. That gives bold, clean logos and text. Photos and gradients get simplified, so we'll let you know on your proof if anything needs adjusting.
How long does it take?
Printing takes 1–3 business days after payment and proof approval. Delivery then takes 1–2 days in the East Rand, or 1–5 working days nationwide, depending on your area. Need them by a certain date? Tell us when you order and we'll confirm whether we can make it.
Can I fill them with helium?
Yes, our 12" latex balloons work with air or helium. Add Balloon Time helium kits and ribbon right in the builder: one kit fills about 30 balloons, and one ribbon reel ties about 300.
