Honest delivery times and one simple delivery fee. Everything is dispatched from Johannesburg.

Nationwide delivery

1–5 working days

Depending on your area. Main centres are usually quicker; outlying and rural areas can take a little longer.

Same-day: East Rand

Order before 10am

Same-day delivery in the East Rand for orders placed and paid before 10:00, every day except Sundays. Subject to stock: if an item isn't in stock on the day, we'll let you know and deliver as soon as it is.

Branded balloons

1–3 business days

Printing turnaround after payment is received. Then delivery as normal (1–5 working days, area dependent).

Delivery fee

R200 flat rate

One fee, anywhere in South Africa. You'll see it at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

    Place your order online. We start as soon as your payment is received.

    We pack & dispatch

    Your order is packed and sent from Johannesburg. You'll get tracking details where available.

    Delivered to you

    Usually within 1–5 working days, depending on your area. Same-day in the East Rand before 10am, subject to stock.

  • Working daysDelivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
  • Estimates, not guaranteesCourier delays, weather, public holidays and peak seasons are outside our control. For events, please order in good time.
  • Correct address & phone numberPlease double-check your details and make sure someone can receive the parcel. Redelivery costs caused by incorrect details may be charged.
  • Check your parcelPlease check your order on delivery and let us know about any damage or missing items within 48 hours, with photos.
